The surgery site on my forearm for an upcoming gender-affirming surgery is replicated as an iridescent silicone skin, scarred and tattooed to match my right arm then suspended above a cast of my hand as if to levitate the forearm 'skin' toward erection and reformation.

This work can be installed either reaching toward the skin or levitating the skin.
